Every scope moves through the same five controlled stages, so drawings, fabrication and inspection stay aligned with the delivery date.
Drawings, specifications or a rig arrangement are reviewed by the engineering team, who confirm scope, standards and constructability before pricing.
Fabrication drawings, weld maps and material take-offs are issued for client approval, with inspection hold points agreed up front.
Traceable material is released to the floor, and qualified welders build to approved procedures inside our own yard.
Dimensional checks, NDT, coating inspection and proof-load testing are documented into the final quality package.
Systems are delivered, installed and commissioned, with field technicians available for shutdowns and rapid-response maintenance.
Every system leaves the yard with its quality package. Assurance comes from the controls applied to the work itself, and from the records those controls leave behind.
