Load-bearing rig steel — substructures, skids, platforms, access systems and pipe racks — fabricated to project drawing with full material traceability.
Rig structures carry load, so material control and weld quality are not negotiable. Plate and section are traceable to heat number, welders are qualified to the applicable procedures, and dimensional inspection is recorded before release.
Assemblies are trial-fitted in the yard to confirm fit-up and bolt-hole alignment ahead of shipment, which removes rework from the critical path at site. Coating systems are applied in-house to the specified standard.
