A complete 6,000 BBL mud system designed, fabricated and assembled for Arabian Drilling Company, covering mud tanks, structural assemblies, piping and platforms.

The system was engineered to Arabian Drilling Company's rig arrangement, with tank capacity, pump positions and access routes set to suit the operating configuration rather than a standard layout.
SETCCO held the full scope: material procurement, in-house fabrication of tanks and structural steel, piping integration, platform and access steel, and final assembly with inspection prior to release.
Baffled tanks fabricated from certified plate with fittings and internal arrangements to specification.
Support steel, frames and load-bearing assemblies fabricated and trial-fitted in the yard.
Suction, discharge and transfer piping with valves and manifolds integrated into the package.
Elevated working platforms, stairs, walkways and handrail systems.
Certified material and equipment procured against the approved specification.
Material traceability, weld inspection and dimensional checks recorded at each hold point.
Fabrication through to the delivered system on the rig site.

Procurement through final assembly held under a single scope, removing interface risk between suppliers.
Layout developed against ADC's arrangement, so site work was limited to positioning and connection.
The programme established capability that carried into subsequent large-volume system work.
