New tanks are fabricated from certified plate with controlled welding and pressure-tight seam integrity, then blast-prepared and coated for the service they will see. Fittings, manifolds and access arrangements are configured to the operator's handling practice.
Refurbishment starts from a condition survey — structure, wall thickness, coating and fittings — and the findings define the repair scope before pricing. Restored tanks are re-inspected and handed over with a record of what was replaced and what was retained.
