An Engineering Workflow We Built For Rig Schedules
We move every scope through the same controlled stages, so drawings, fabrication and inspection stay aligned with your delivery date.
We review your drawings, specification or rig arrangement, then confirm scope, standards and constructability before we price the work.
We issue fabrication drawings, weld maps and material take-offs for your approval, and agree the inspection hold points up front.
We release traceable material to the floor, and our qualified welders build to approved procedures inside our own yard.
We carry out dimensional checks, NDT, coating inspection and proof-load testing, and document every result in the final quality package.
We deliver, install and commission the system, and keep field technicians available for shutdowns and rapid-response maintenance.
